General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between Coretti Kutschenfahrten (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer") regarding the rental of carriages and the conduct of carriage rides.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded by the provider accepting the customer's reservation request. The reservation confirmation is made in writing by email.
3. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are based on the price list valid at the time of reservation. Payment is made on site in cash or by credit card.
4. Cancellation and No-Show Fee
Free cancellation is possible by phone up to 24 hours before the reserved time. For later cancellations or no-shows, a no-show fee must be paid.
The amount of the no-show fee depends on the number of carriages needed and the time of day:
- Day (Summer: until 6 PM, Winter: until 5 PM): CHF 100 per carriage
- Night (Summer: from 6 PM, Winter: from 5 PM): CHF 250 per carriage
The no-show fee is reserved on the credit card at the time of reservation and is only charged if the customer does not appear at the reserved time.
5. Liability
The provider is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, or by the customer themselves.
6. Data Protection
The provider processes the customer's personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.
7. Final Provisions
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Sils im Engadin.
